Green Percent

Same-day findings on US company results

When a US-listed company publishes its results, we read the release against everything it filed before and email you the points a holder should check: the figures, where they come from, and the questions worth putting to management.

Findings and questions only. Never a view on buying, holding or selling.

For small investment teams that hold US companies. An AI tool does the reading; a person checks every email before it goes out.

Example: Acuity Inc., results release of 1 October 2026

Sales rose 6.8% for the year, but 2.3% in the half with QSC in both periods.

Net sales rose $296.2m to $4,641.8m. Of that increase, $241.5m (82%) came in the first half, against months before Acuity owned QSC, bought on 1 January 2025. In the second half, with QSC in both years, sales rose $54.7m, or 2.3%.

The release gives the year and the fourth quarter, not that split.

Question for management: what was growth in the second half without QSC, and which base should holders use for fiscal 2027?

Sources: results releases of 1 October 2026 (Form 8-K, Exhibit 99.1) and 25 June 2026 (Form 8-K, Exhibit 99.1); Form 10-K for the year to 31 August 2025, Note 4, Acquisitions and Divestitures.

What you receive

For each company you follow:

  • Results dayAn email on the results release. Releases before the US open reach you by 18:00 Zurich time the same day; releases after the close, by 09:00 the next morning.
  • Call transcriptWhere the company publishes one, a short email with only what is new.
  • 10-Q or 10-KAn email when the full filing comes out: what it settles from the release and what it changes.
  • Between resultsAn email when the company files a material 8-K: restated results, a change of auditor, CEO or CFO, a major agreement, acquisition or sale, new borrowing, write-downs, or changed guidance.

Analysis check

If you want a second reader on one of your own memos, we check it against the company's filings and return corrections, missed facts and questions. We do not assess the recommendation itself.

How it works

The company's own documents only: SEC filings, the results release, the investor presentation and, where the company publishes one, the call transcript. Every point cites the document, the table or section it comes from, and a link to the filing on EDGAR.

Coverage: companies listed on NYSE or Nasdaq that file 10-Ks and 10-Qs with the SEC.

What it is not: a recommendation, a rating or a price target, and not a replacement for your analysts. It is a second reader that has gone through every document in full on the day it came out.

Beta

A free beta for five small investment teams runs until the end of February 2027, covering the third-quarter season now under way and the fourth-quarter season with annual 10-Ks.

  • Up to five companies per team.
  • Emails start with results released from 27 October 2026.
  • No commitment to continue.
  • What we ask: a one-click rating of each email, useful or not worth sending.

To join, send up to five US tickers.

Who runs it

Green Percent is run by its founder, Dalibor Pajić, a chartered management accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and former CFO of several companies. For the last seven years he has built and checked Sahmik, a financial data and analysis platform for companies listed in Qatar and the MENA region, and he sits on Toptal's expert panel benchmarking AI models. During the reporting season he reviews every email himself.

Neither Green Percent nor its founder trades shares of the companies it covers.
